(Hereinafter called the “Hirer”) of the one part, and
Pete Hartley, contact number: 07860 605114 email: [email protected] of
15, Templar Rd, Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire LE65 2AD
(Hereinafter called "the Artiste") of the other part.

WITNESSES

The Hirer engages the Artiste to perform for Wedding of Catherine and Scott at Moxhull Hall, Wishaw, B76 9PD on Sunday 24th July 2022 for the Ceremony and reception drinks (when canapes and photos take place), from 2pm to 4.30pm (hereinafter called “the Engagement”)

1. It is agreed that the fee for the Engagement shall be 475 paid in full.
2. Hirer agrees that the equipment and instruments of the Artiste are not available for use by any other person or performer except by specific permission of the Artiste.
3. The Hirer shall ensure a safe supply of electricity and the security of the Artiste and his/her property at the Venue.
4. The Hirer will provide light meal and soft drinks for the artiste.
5. This agreement may not be modified or cancelled except by mutual consent, in writing and signed by both parties. Any rider attached hereto and signed by both parties shall be deemed incorporated into this Agreement.
