(Hereinafter called the “Hirer”) of the one part, and
Pete Hartley, contact number: 07860 605114 email: info@pete-hartley.co.uk of
9, Salisbury Drive, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 2XD
(Hereinafter called "the Artiste") of the other part.
WITNESSES
The Hirer engages the Artiste to perform for Wedding of Hannah Firth and Brian Kidd at Church of St Leonard, Church Lane, Biggleswade, SG18 9HD on Friday 19th August 2022 for the Wedding Ceremony, from 15:00 to 16:00 (hereinafter called “the Engagement”)
- It is agreed that the fee for the Engagement shall be ££295 a non refundable deposit of 50% paid, the balance of 50% to be paid by credit card or BACS transfer 3 weeks before the performance.
- Hirer agrees that the equipment and instruments of the Artiste are not available for use by any other person or performer except by specific permission of the Artiste.
- The Hirer shall ensure a safe supply of electricity and the security of the Artiste and his/her property at the Venue.
- The Hirer will provide light meal and soft drinks for the artiste.
- This agreement may not be modified or cancelled except by mutual consent, in writing and signed by both parties. Any rider attached hereto and signed by both parties shall be deemed incorporated into this Agreement.
