(Hereinafter called the “Hirer”) of the one part, and
Pete Hartley, contact number: 07860 605114 email: info@pete-hartley.co.uk of
9, Salisbury Drive, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 2XD
(Hereinafter called "the Artiste") of the other part.
WITNESSES
The Hirer engages the Artiste to perform for Wedding of John and Aliesha at Weston Hall Weston Bank Weston Stafford ST18 0HS on Saturday 13th June 2026 for the Wedding Breakfast, Evening Reception & First Dance, from Wedding Breakfast: 3:30pm (will confirm with Weston Hall), Evening Reception: From 6:30, First Dance: Approx 7:30pm to 7:40pm (hereinafter called “the Engagement”)
- It is agreed that the fee for the Engagement shall be £650 a non refundable deposit of 50% paid, the balance of 50% to be paid by credit card or BACS transfer 3 weeks before the performance.
- Hirer agrees that the equipment and instruments of the Artiste are not available for use by any other person or performer except by specific permission of the Artiste.
- The Hirer shall ensure a safe supply of electricity and the security of the Artiste and his/her property at the Venue.
- The Hirer will provide light meal and soft drinks for the artiste.
- This agreement may not be modified or cancelled except by mutual consent, in writing and signed by both parties. Any rider attached hereto and signed by both parties shall be deemed incorporated into this Agreement.
