Pete is a
child of the 70's, and that means disco! Never a man to let
an advanced classical education get in the way of a good
time, Pete has a genuine love of the very best of popular
music over the past 50 years. This has massively
strengthened his career both as a session musician
contributing to chart pop music, and as a function musician
playing the greatest pop standards to excitable audiences
all over Europe.
Unlike many classically-educated function musicians on the
circuit, Pete has a real appreciation for a strong melody
and a danceable rhythm, and his massive love for popular
music rubs off on his audiences, making a party with Pete a
night to remember! Pete considers himself to be at his best
playing sassy, funky soul-pop, such as “I'm Every Woman” and
the Spice Girls' “Superstar”, and his enthusiasm is
infectious to say the least!
